Hi, I’m Tracy, a registered Movement Psychotherapist and Integrative counsellor with a private practice based in Worthing, West Sussex. If you’re here, you might be looking for support, and I want you to know that you’re not alone.

I have gained extensive clinical experience across various settings, including NHS Mental Health Hospitals, Prisons, Schools, and within the charity sector. These experiences have deepened my understanding of mental health challenges and the different ways people can find healing, growth and self awareness.

My Approach

I believe that therapy is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. As a Movement Psychotherapist, I understand that sometimes words alone are not enough. We can explore through movement, creative expression, and embodied awareness as a way to help process emotions and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

Alongside this, I am an integrative counsellor, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and creative methods such as using a sandtray to explore feelings and inner world. This flexible way of working allows me to tailor sessions to your unique needs. I work with individuals, adolescents (16+), and couples. We can meet online or in person.

I have a special interest in attachment, neurobiology, and trauma-informed approaches, which supports my understanding of how past experiences shape emotional and relational wellbeing. I am passionate about helping people improve mental health and wellbeing through creative interventions and embodied somatic awareness. I also have an interest in women’s health approaches and have had further evidence-based training in CBT approaches to managing peri/menopausal symptoms as well as being a TBMA practitioner working with medically unexplained symptoms.

A Relational Space…

I take a collaborative approach, valuing the unique lived experiences and narratives you bring. My aim is to provide a safe, relational and facilitative space where you can develop self-awareness, self-understanding, and create meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.

Above all, I strive to offer a non-judgemental, thoughtful, and compassionate space where you can feel comfortable and at ease.
